PAYMENT DETAILS
The annual membership fee for Thame and District U3A is currently £22 and bank transfers can be made to Thame & District u3a, Lloyds Bank, Sort Code 30 98 56, Acc. No. 00373350 (this is a business account), please include ‘Membership’ as the reference.
You can also pay by card, this will incur an additional payment of 50p per transaction to cover the costs of using this facility.

GIFT AID DECLARATION
If you are a taxpayer and would like to pay your annual subscription under the Government Gift Aid Scheme, please check the box below. This will allow us to reclaim from HMRC 25% for your subscription. You must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that can be reclaimed on your donations that tax year.
Note: if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all donations in that tax year, it is your responsibility to repay any difference to HRMC.

All members must:
• Abide by the Aims and Guiding Principles of the U3A movement.
• Always act in the best interests of the U3A and never do anything to bring It into disrepute.
• Abide by the terms and conditions of the constitution.
• Treat fellow members with respect and courtesy at all times.
• Comply with and support decisions of the elected committee.
• Advise the committee of any change in your personal details.
• Provide emergency contact details before joining any group activity or organised trip.
• Ensure that members with mobility or medical issues have a designated friend or buddy with them at any u3a meeting or on any trip to assist them if required.
