The group meets monthly, usually on the 4th Thursday. We take it in turns to choose the restaurant for the next lunch and to book the venue. The organiser then coordinates the numbers who can make that meeting to advise the venue. We aim to keep the choice of venue reasonably local, or easy to access such as Oxford or Aylesbury, when we can use our bus passes. We used to have separate groups for traditional lunches and more exotic, from Italian to Indian and Chinese, but have now consolidated into just one. So whoever books the lunch that month, chooses the type of lunch it will be.
